The source also mentions that ESC will not give approval if the IRCC will not apply also to the credits in progress.<\/p>\n<p>According to official data, over 200,000 Romanians purchased a residence through the First House program.<\/p>\n<p>Also, in the financial environment, there could be discussions about the fact that banks that will be obliged to call their clients to renegotiate the contract and to apply IRCC plus a maximum margin of 2%, which also includes bank fees, could introduce an additional cost.
